Position: Membership Engagement Coordinator (part-time)
Location: Onsite – 200 E. Main Street, Suite 800, Fort Wayne, IN 46802
Compensation: $16-$18/hour, Part-time (20-30 hrs/week)
Reports To: Vice President of Investor Engagement

About the Role:
As the Membership Engagement Coordinator at Greater Fort Wayne Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Impact Team’s dynamic and growth-oriented initiatives. This position offers a strong opportunity to engage with our members, assisting in administrative and marketing communications, and providing exemplary membership services. This role is a springboard for those looking to advance their business career within a respected local organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our investor database and digital communication platforms.
  • Support in mailing membership invitations and assembling marketing resource packets.
  • Assist the VP and Manager of Investor Engagement with various tasks including meeting management and member retention efforts.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least two years of college education.
  • A community-focused individual with a passion for Fort Wayne.
  • You have sharp attention to detail, can multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, capable of quickly learning new software.
