Description:
The primary responsibility of the Investor Engagement Manager is to grow and retain Greater Fort Wayne Inc. member relationships. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Investor Engagement and Membership Coordinator to communicate about and deliver membership services and benefits to the 1400+ members.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Build and implement a strategy for attracting new GFW Inc. members.
- Manage member application processing, onboarding, member engagement and communications, membership retention, and membership deactivation.
- Meet annual budget objectives, including new member dues and member renewal dues, as determined by GFW Inc.’s CFO.
- Maintain systems and processes that produce high levels of engagement and ROI for current members.
- Lead Maximize Your Membership events(6/year), PartnerPerks, and other member benefit programs.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the membership database.
- Support the Director of Investor Engagement with meeting scheduling and preparation.
– Assist with logistics and planning for Workforce & Waffles events(2/year). - Attend GFW Inc. staff and Impact Team meetings, and program committee meetings.
- Attend and participate in GFW Inc. signature events, program events, ribbon cuttings, and networking socials.
- Commit to knowing and adhering to Impact Team Expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Passion for the Fort Wayne and Allen County community.
- Attention to detail. Ability to create and follow systems, and to prioritize tasks according to organizational importance.
- Excellent organization and communication skills – written and verbal; comfortable speaking in public.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings to meet organizational objectives.
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Experience using a customer relationship management software preferred.
- External and/or internal sales experience preferred.
