Olivia Dickerson Howe

Olivia joined the Greater Fort Wayne Inc. team in November 2022, bringing her passion for delivering impactful programs and events. As a Fort Wayne native, she is a familiar face at signature events, ribbon cuttings, networking gatherings, and GFW Inc. programming. Her deep connection to the Fort Wayne–Allen County community fuels her commitment to its growth and success.

A first-generation college graduate, Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Purdue University Fort Wayne. With over five years of experience in event management, her career includes serving as an Event Day Manager at two local wedding venues and interning with Sweetwater’s Academy of Music, where she helped execute Rock Camp, the Academy’s largest production.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys an active and fulfilling personal life. She married her high school sweetheart in 2025, and the couple is excited to welcome their first baby in 2026. An avid sports enthusiast, Olivia plays intramural slow-pitch softball and pickleball and enjoys cheering on the Fort Wayne TinCaps and Indiana Fever. When she’s not planning events or staying active, Olivia loves to read—she devoured 50 books in 2024 alone—and spend quality time with her family, friends, and four beloved dogs. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, collecting Christmas decor, and caring for her plants.
