Logistical Info
Location
Our office is located in the 1st Source Bank Building: 200 E. Main St., Suite 800, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. When you arrive, take the elevator to our office on the 8th floor.
Hours & Availability
Conference rooms are typically available for member use:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM- 4:45 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Availability may be limited around holidays, events, etc.
Parking
We ask that meeting attendees do not park in the garage attached to our building, as those spots are leased out to those who work in the building. Check out a list of downtown parking options here, and metered parking is available along nearby streets. If you choose to park in the garage, it is at your own expense.
Food & Beverage
As Allen County’s chamber of commerce, we support our members—and we hope you do, too. If you need catering services, we prefer that you work directly with one of the catering companies listed in our member directory. You are more than welcome to bring your own water, drinks, and snacks, but we do not provide any for those using our conference rooms. GFW Inc. can provide coffee if requested in advance.
Health and Safety Protocols
For your health and safety, our team follows CDC sanitation guidelines. Rooms and tables are cleaned and sanitized prior to each meeting. Masks are optional. Hand sanitizer is available.
Request a Room
Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. While our goal is to honor your first choice, we reserve the right to move your group to another room that fits your specifications. We will notify you of any changes prior to your reservation date.
