Greater Fort Wayne Inc. Vice President Adam Welch Named to ACCE’s Forty Under Forty Class of 2025

Greater Fort Wayne Inc. is proud to announce that Adam Welch, Vice President of Economic Development, has been named to the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Forty Under Forty class for 2025.

Welch has had a strong impact on advancing economic progress in Allen County. His understanding of public policy, local employers, and community needs has supported many successful business retention and expansion efforts. He also leads the MadeByMe Coalition, which brings educators, employers, and community groups together to help students, parents, and teachers learn about meaningful local careers.

John Urbahns, President and Chief Executive Officer of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., nominated Welch for the national honor. Urbahns noted that Adam’s integrity, strategic approach, and genuine love for our community are evident in every project he leads.
