FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Ruth’s Chris Steak House opened its new Fort Wayne location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration, May 7 at 3:30 p.m. The new $6 million restaurant is located in the new Skyline Tower project in downtown Fort Wayne. This is the first Fort Wayne Ruth’s Chris Steak House for the fine dining steakhouse leader, and the sixth overall for Ruth’s Chris Steak House franchisee, Hoosier Hospitality Group.
The 13,000 square foot, street-level restaurant is housed in the $40 million Skyline Tower in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne’s business district. Ruth’s Chris Fort Wayne features indoor and outdoor dining with seating for 280 patrons, parking garage access, a state-of–the art kitchen, private dining / event space, and high-end culinary technology throughout the restaurant. The restaurant appeals to downtown and suburban residents, convention attendees, local businesses, and young professionals.
