With more than 1,600 graduates and an average of 50 new additions each year, the network of Leadership Fort Wayne alumni continues to grow throughout Allen County, northeast Indiana, and beyond.

Our graduates have gone on to become mayors, council members, CEOs, nonprofit leaders, educators, directors, and managers. But graduating from one of our programs shouldn’t be the end of your development as a leader.
