Sara Williams

Sara Williams serves as the Member Engagement Manager at Greater Fort Wayne Inc., where she supports member onboarding, helps businesses navigate benefits, and strengthens relationships that keep members connected and engaged with the organization’s programs and services.

Sara graduated from Trine University in 2024 with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In 2025, she obtained her Certificate in Fundraising Management through Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, The Fundraising School.

Before joining Greater Fort Wayne Inc., Sara spent nearly two years at the Steuben County Community Foundation as Stewardship Manager, supporting philanthropic revenue goals through thoughtful donor stewardship, strong communication, and careful database management. In her free time, she enjoys the gym and the outdoors, baking sourdough recipes, cooking healthy meals with her significant other, traveling, and spending time with their two-year-old German shepherd rescue.
