Industry Focus
Our Vision
An empowered, future-ready Allen County where every high school graduate has the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to thrive in their chosen career and contribute to our community’s continued success.
Less than 43% of residents aged 25 to 64 in Northeast Indiana hold a degree or credential valued in the labor market. Grow Allen builds relationships with key employers, high schools, career academies, and specialized education providers to expand the number of work-based learning opportunities available to students in emerging industries.
BUILDING SUCCESSFUL CAREERS
What does the future of Fort Wayne look like? It looks like Volvo technicians Noelia and Mike — two young professionals building successful careers through local education, hands-on experience, and the power of opportunity.
