Jennifer Atienzo-Fisher

Jennifer Atienzo-Fisher joined Greater Fort Wayne Inc. in 2023 as the director of marketing and communications and was promoted to vice president in January 2026. She leads the team dedicated to telling the story of Fort Wayne and Allen County. Her work supports GFW Inc.’s mission to drive economic growth and make Allen County an even better place to live, work, and thrive.

Since moving to Fort Wayne in 1997, Jen has developed a deep love for the area. Initially drawn by the city’s vibrant music scene as a singer/songwriter, she has since become a passionate advocate for the community, highlighting its exceptional quality of life and many career opportunities.

Jen’s professional experience includes leading talent retention efforts for the former Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce,  marketing coordinator at Dekko in Garrett, and director of marketing at Fort Wayne Community Schools, where she led marketing efforts for one of Indiana’s largest public school systems. In 2022, she joined Amp Lab at Electric Works as an educator, helping inspire students to think bigger about their careers and opportunities. That experience, along with the launch of her consulting business, strengthened her commitment to empowering others and contributing to Allen County’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Jen runs her consulting business, Evolution to Revolution Consulting and Coaching, and spends her free time with her family.
