Park D. Ginder, PhD

Dr. Park Ginder serves as Director of Grow Allen at Greater Fort Wayne Inc., where he helps lead workforce initiatives that connect students, educators, employers, and community partners. His work focuses on strengthening career-connected learning opportunities in key industries, including healthcare, financial services, skilled trades, and advanced manufacturing.

Prior to Grow Allen becoming part of GFW Inc. in May 2026, Dr. Ginder served as the organization’s executive director, helping advance its mission to create stronger pathways between education and local career opportunities. Through student presentations, internships, educator externships, and industry tours, he has worked to help students better understand the opportunities available to them in Allen County and Northeast Indiana.

Dr. Ginder brings decades of experience in education and leadership to his role. Before joining Grow Allen, he served as superintendent of Southwest Allen County Schools and held additional leadership roles throughout his career in education. His background as an educator and administrator gives him a strong understanding of the connection between classroom learning, workforce readiness, and long-term community growth.
