Best In Class

The Best-in-Class initiative connects the top 20 local high school seniors to the growing opportunities in Fort Wayne and Allen County. Participants will be engaged through a signature connection event and receive ongoing updates about local economic development and milestones. Our goal is to provide these students with a unique blend of professional development, community engagement, and career exploration to inspire them to build their futures here.

Best-in-Class is a Community Action Project in Leadership Fort Wayne’s class of 2024 and will launch in the Spring of 2024.
