Position Fort Wayne–Allen County as a nationally recognized music city by the end of 2031 through coordinated industry leadership, expanded live music and venue capacity, stronger education and career pathways, and increased music-sector entrepreneurship, innovation, and visitor attraction.
Become a premier automotive technology community and add 2,500 net new high-wage jobs in the sector by the end of 2031 through advanced manufacturing, automation, electrification, autonomous technologies, and other next-generation innovations.
Enhance Allen County’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by strengthening the pipeline of investment-ready startups, expanding access to regional and national capital networks, and positioning high-growth companies to attract and effectively deploy capital by the end of 2031.
