TriCore Logic plans to expand its office, more than double staff size

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Local IT firm TriCore Logic is proving to be small, but mighty–and growing. The company today announced plans to expand its office space and staff, investing more than $200,000 in downtown Fort Wayne.

Founded in 2010, TriCore Logic specializes in supporting small businesses by providing IT helpdesk and troubleshooting services, backup and disaster recovery, cyber security, Cloud Services, VOIP phone services, and more. The company moved into the Anthony Wayne Building in downtown Fort Wayne in 2013. With a rapidly growing client base, company leaders plan to grow the current staff of five employees, adding up to eight more in the next four years.

“We’ve doubled our team size since 2017, and now we’re on track to do it again,” said Dustin Flaugher, co-owner of TriCore Logic. “We’re thrilled to be growing as a company, and with the support of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., we’re accomplishing it in a way that we’ll never lose our focus on giving our clients the exceptional experience they’re accustomed to, while helping them achieve their business goals.”

TriCore Logic plans to hire IT managed services specialists. Interested applicants may learn more and apply online at indianacareerconnect.com.

“Indiana’s tech industry has an economic impact of $16 billion to our state thanks to companies like TriCore Logic,” said Elaine Bedel, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). “Compared to other markets around the country, Indiana provides an affordable, fiscally predictable, and pro-growth business climate, setting companies like TriCore Logic up for long-term success.”

The IEDC offered TriCore Logic up to $60,000 in conditional tax credits. These incentives are performance-based, meaning that until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. Northeast Indiana Works will provide the company with additional hiring and training assistance.

“TriCore Logic’s expansion is great news for our community and region as we continue to experience business growth and an increase in private investments,” Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry said. “The technology sector has become a vital component of our local economy. We’re encouraged that Fort Wayne is a recognized leader in providing professional services that position us for new job opportunities and as a desirable location for businesses, individuals and families to live, work, and play.”
