FORT WAYNE, Ind. – What started as a homegrown, one-person company is growing into a new office. Bulldog Consulting Services, a company dedicated to helping others do business better, is moving into a larger space at 6415 Mutual Dr. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new office is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7.
Bulldog Consulting Services specializes in project management, process improvements, training, and business consulting. The company has experience serving companies in a wide variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, healthcare, and entertainment.
“From the beginning, we’ve focused on doing the right thing for our customers,” said Sharon Miller, president and CEO of Bulldog Consulting Services. “We jump in and help with whatever is needed to make them successful. We are focused on the people and relationships, and then work together to exceed expectations. And we’ve done just that–100% of our business is from existing customers and referrals, and we plan to keep that going.”
Miller, a Central Michigan University graduate, founded Bulldog Consulting Services in 2007. She was nicknamed “Bulldog” by co-workers, who described her as high-energy, direct, driven, fun, and “a bit stubborn.” Equipped with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Miller started out assisting businesses with project management and consulting. The company has grown into a premier consulting firm with a wide range of customers–from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Looking ahead, Miller expects to build on the Bulldog team’s momentum.
“We plan to expand our consulting services with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence for local businesses,” she said. “Our team has an incredible base of knowledge and experience to help other companies, so we want to leverage and promote this service. I expect to continue growing as we cement our reputation for delivering great results to our customers.”
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is open to the public.
