Jennifer Ledger

Jennifer Ledger joined Greater Fort Wayne Inc. in June 2026 as Director of Early Learning Initiatives following the acquisition of Grow Allen. In this role, she leads efforts to improve access to child care and early learning opportunities for children and families across Allen County.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience working with at-risk families and children through nonprofit and public sector roles. She also has 10 years of experience in program development and philanthropy development, giving her a strong foundation in building partnerships, strengthening systems, and supporting community-based solutions.

Prior to joining GFW Inc., Jennifer worked with Grow Allen to advance child care and early learning initiatives that support families, employers, and the broader community. She is a graduate of Huntington University and holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
