FORT WAYNE, Ind. – There’s a new partner in the fight against addiction in Allen County. Fort Wayne Recovery is opening its doors to offer high-quality therapy, helping clients get back to full and productive lives. The firm will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at 310 East Dupont Road, Suite 2.
Counselors at Fort Wayne Recovery will offer outpatient addiction treatment as well as individual therapy. Company leaders promote the 12-Step approach to recovery, but will use a variety of strategies depending on the best course for each individual.
“We hope to bring the community more resources for the addiction crisis,” said Mickey Ashpole, founder and CEO of Fort Wayne Recovery. “I was born and raised in Indiana, and went out of state for treatment. It’s been a personal dream and goal to bring a treatment center to northern Indiana, and I’m fortunate to be blessed with this opportunity.”
Fort Wayne Recovery’s programs focus on:

- Learning to manage symptoms and medications.
- Promoting strong life skills.
The programs were designed by recovering addicts and alcoholics who are now enjoying sober, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

The grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony are open to the public. Festivities will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 1 at Fort Wayne Recovery’s office at 310 East Dupont Road, Suite 2.
