Greater Fort Wayne Inc. held its “Greater Golf Open” last Thursday, August 7 at Autumn Ridge Golf Club. This event provided opportunities for over 100 GFW members/investors to build relationships while having fun on the course.
The Greater Golf Open featured four skill holes including: longest drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt. The outing also hosted many activities along the way, including: a wine tasting by Country Heritage Winery, a trivia contest by the Fort Wayne Airport Authority, a celebrity shot by Hotel Fitness, and a margarita tasting by Greater Fort Wayne Inc.
Corporate sponsors for the Greater Golf Open were BF Goodrich, Indiana Tech, and Parkview Health. Beverage cart sponsors were PHP Inc. and Comcast Business Services. As a celebration, a dinner sponsored by the Fort Wayne Airport Authority and a trophy ceremony, sponsored by Pro Resources Group were held afterwards.
