FORT WAYNE, Ind. – As Fort Wayne’s real estate market sizzles, a regional title company is putting down roots in the city for the first time. Near North Title Group will celebrate the grand opening of its first Fort Wayne office, located at 10020 Auburn Park Dr., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19.
“Our entire team is thrilled to represent Near North Title Group here in Fort Wayne,” said Matt Byrd, business development officer for Near North’s Fort Wayne office. “We pride ourselves on being efficient and responsive, and we look forward to delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.”
Byrd is a Fort Wayne native and a Purdue University alum. He and office manager Kathy Agnew, a Texas native, will lead the Fort Wayne office. Both bring more than 20 years’ experience to their roles.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony is open to the public. An open house and celebration will follow, with a hog roast and sweets and beverages served.
