Since moving to Fort Wayne in 1997, Jen has built a deep connection with the community. Initially drawn to the city by its vibrant music scene, she remains passionate about showcasing Fort Wayne’s quality of life and the opportunities it offers.

Her career spans a range of roles, including marketing positions with Dekko in Garrett and Fort Wayne Community Schools. In 2022, she embraced an opportunity to teach at Amp Lab at Electric Works, collaborating with a dynamic team of educators to inspire and equip the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. Alongside this experience, launching her own training and consulting business, Evolution to Revolution Consulting & Coaching, has fueled her commitment to empowering others and contributing to the community’s growth.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Kentucky Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys time with her wife and son and continues to share her love of music by performing with several local bands.
