FORT WAYNE, Ind. – A company with more than 37 years’ experience serving seniors is putting down roots in Allen County. StoryPoint Senior Living will formally open its newest community–StoryPoint Fort Wayne–at 3715 Union Chapel Rd., on Thursday, June 6. The grand opening celebration will start with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:15 p.m.
Storypoint Fort Wayne offers independent and enhanced living services. In addition, the community features an array of amenities including gourmet dining, diverse life enrichment activities, support with a variety of activities of daily living (ADLs) and more.
“We have established that we’re going to serve seniors differently,” said Jill Henderson, executive director at StoryPoint Fort Wayne. “What does that mean? For us, it means being fully committed to providing not only quality service, but also the absolute best experience for each of our residents. As the executive director, my sole responsibility is to focus on the resident experience, which allows every other department to thrive, as well.”
StoryPoint Senior Living develops and operates nearly 3,500 apartments across the Midwest, with locations in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The Fort Wayne location is the company’s second in Indiana, joining another in Chesterton.
