Melissa Beber
Melissa Beber serves as Vice President of Business Advocacy for Greater Fort Wayne Inc., where she leads the organization’s public policy and advocacy initiatives. She serves as GFW Inc.’s liaison to local, state, and federal government, working collaboratively with business leaders, elected officials, and community partners to advance policies that support a strong business climate, workforce development, and economic growth.
Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Public Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne where she was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student Award. In 2013, Melissa was named to the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly “40 Under 40” class.
A Fort Wayne native, Melissa is actively involved in the community, serving on several boards and committees, including the Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition and Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana.
